Donor Processing Partial Outage

Resolved - No outstanding issues have been observed or reported in the last two hours, so we're closing this incident. We will use the information gathered to better prepare for a future app server upgrade (not currently scheduled). Thank you for your patience.

Monitoring - The rollback is complete and affected systems are returning to normal status. We're validating that everything is working as expected.

Update - We will be performing a rollback of the app server upgrade. There may be intermittent outages during this period.

Investigating - We are currently investigating and affecting repairs to parts of the donation processing stack after a recent app server upgrade. Current known outages include DonorFlow Search Match, Dashboards, and RecurringEngine reporting. Donation forms themselves are unaffected at this time.
